These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Edinburgh Bodyworks website and the vehicle repair services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
Edinburgh Bodyworks provides professional vehicle body repair services including collision repair, paint and respray, bumper repair, alloy wheel refurbishment, dent removal, smart repair, and glass repair. All work is carried out to BS 10125 Kitemark standards.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Final costs may vary if additional damage is discovered during the repair process — in such cases, we will seek your approval before proceeding.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or in person. We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Warranty
All repairs are backed by our comprehensive warranty covering workmanship and paint finish for the duration of your vehicle ownership. The warranty is fully transferable if the vehicle is sold.
6. Insurance Claims
We work directly with all major insurance providers and can manage the claims process on your behalf. You have the legal right to choose your own repairer regardless of your insurer's recommendations.
7. Liability
While your vehicle is in our care, it is fully covered by our garage insurance policy. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or mechanical issues unrelated to the agreed repair work.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
