Call us at +447813332876 or use our online booking form to schedule a convenient drop-off time. We'll confirm via phone or email.
Arrive at Workshop
Drive directly into our customer parking area. A team member will greet you and guide you through the check-in process.
Vehicle Inspection
We'll conduct a walk-around inspection with you, documenting existing damage and discussing the repair scope. Photos taken for our records.
Paperwork & Keys
Complete a simple authorization form, hand over your keys, and receive a copy of all documentation. Your vehicle is now in our care.
Out of Hours Drop-Off
24/7 drop-off kiosk available. Place keys in lockbox, complete the form, and we'll contact you in the morning.
Completion Notification
We'll contact you by phone and email as soon as your vehicle is ready for collection. We'll confirm a convenient collection time.
Pre-Collection Inspection
Before you arrive, we conduct a final quality check, clean your vehicle inside and out, and prepare all warranty documentation.
Handover Walkthrough
A technician will walk you through all completed work, show you before/after photos, and answer any questions you have about the repair.
Payment & Documentation
Complete payment (card, cash, or bank transfer accepted), receive your warranty certificate, invoice, and any insurance documentation required.
Late Collection
If you can't collect during regular hours, we can arrange secure overnight parking and collection the next day, or late evening handover by appointment.
